Sickle Cell Trait Newborn Screening Education Toolkit
A collaboration with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Division of Hematology to design an interactive, culturally sensitive toolkit that helps newborn screening coordinators educate families about sickle cell trait. Through research and co-creation with educators and parents, the project developed accessible materials and formats to improve understanding, confidence, and consistency in sickle cell counseling.
Major Gift Strategy

A partnership with HealthSource of Ohio to design a strategy and process for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new philanthropic donors to support the organization's philanthropic growth. The project focused on defining a sustainable donor pipeline, optimizing donor management software, and creating pathways to move donors toward major and lead gift opportunities.
Patient Acquisition

A partnership with HealthSource of Ohio to design a digital strategy that increases patient acquisition in Clermont County by improving online visibility, refining messaging, and understanding barriers to accessing care. Through stakeholder interviews, generational research, clinic observations, and co-creation, the project produced a refined acquisition system, targeted communication recommendations, and success metrics to guide implementation.
High BMI Consumer Research

A partnership with Procter & Gamble to conduct consumer research focused on individuals with higher BMI, aiming to better understand their needs, preferences, and product experiences. Through interviews, in home observations, and ethnographic insights, the project uncovered opportunities to improve product design, messaging, and overall engagement, helping P&G create solutions that are more inclusive, effective, and relevant for this consumer segment.
