About Me!

Hi, I'm Delaney.
I'm a researcher and problem solver, but honestly, what I love most is just paying attention. I look for the details, the patterns, the moments where something that should be simple just... isn't. That is where my favorite work lives.
I focus on uncovering what people actually need from the systems and products around them, and translating those insights into solutions that feel genuinely easier to use.
Outside of work, my hobbies are a pretty good reflection of who I am: I knit, I watch historical films, I over-organize my life in Notion, and I'm always half-planning a trip somewhere (right now, that is to Forks, Washington). I'm somewhole who likes to understand how things fit together, whether that's a community's needs, historical events, or a complicated cable knit pattern.
Work With Me
I partner with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions who are ready to center the people they serve, and need a thoughtful collaborator to help them get there.
Whether you're trying to understand your community's needs, untangle a complex service experience, or build your team's capacity for human-centered thinking, I bring both the research rigor and the facilitation warmth to make that work meaningful.
UX Research
I'll help you listen deeply, through interviews, usability testing, observations, and synthesis — so your decisions are grounded in what real people actually need, not assumptions.
Design Workshops & Facilitation
I design and lead workshops that get the right people in the room, aligned around the right questions. Whether it's a team kickoff, a co-design session with your community, or a strategy retreat, I create space for honest conversation and shared momentum.
Strategy & Consulting
Sometimes you need a thinking partner more than a deliverable. I can help you map where you are, where you want to go, and what a human-centered path forward might look like.
